We make room for the new, we dream and get excited. Freesia, designed by Lasse Kovanen, feels like that restlessly exciting spring feeling. Painted with the traditional tempera technique used in icon painting, the lively pattern is full of detail, created by the translucency and layering typical of the painting technique. Lasse used a generous amount of primer and allowed the paint spills left by wet brushes to remain visible. The fabrics, cushion covers and tablecloths in the Freesia collection are available in two colours: the green of newly blown leaves and a colourful one bursting with joy and energy.
