Pentik Store Gift Card
You can purchase a gift card from Pentik stores and outlets, which can be used as a payment method in our stores. The customer can determine the balance to be loaded onto the gift card.
Gift cards purchased from stores can be used as a payment method in all Pentik's own stores and outlet stores in Finland. The gift card can be used at once or in multiple parts.
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The validity period and balance of the gift card can be checked at stores.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, and lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Pentik Online Store Gift Card
You can purchase a digital gift card from the Pentik online store, which can be used as a payment method in the Pentik online store. The value of the online store gift card can be chosen as an even sum between €10 and €990. The gift card will be delivered to the recipient by email.
The digital gift card can only be used as a payment method in Pentik's Finnish online store (pentik.com). The gift card can be used at once or in multiple parts. The value of the gift card will be automatically debited in full if the order value is equal to or greater than the gift card's value.
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The value of a digital gift card can be checked in the online store by clicking on the gift card in the email.
The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash. If a digital gift card delivered by email is lost, please contact our customer service at info@pentik.com. The gift card can then be resent by email.
