The unique and one-of-a-kind Pentik Owl product family was launched in our online store this morning, and the white and dark gray owls sold out within three minutes. We had already prepared for the demand for these much-discussed products by manually controlling our online store. Despite the preliminary preparations, the huge popularity still managed to surprise us, and unfortunately, our online store system could not quite keep up with the orders, as several people were simultaneously at the checkout. As a result, slightly more owls were sold than were available. We apologize for the situation!
We are now reviewing the order of owl purchases from our system, and those who were the fastest buyers in our online store will receive the owl they chose. These individuals will receive a delivery confirmation tomorrow (Fri 30.4.). We will refund the money to those who are unfortunately not among the 300 fastest owl purchasers. We apologize for any distress and inconvenience this may cause.

The idea took flight from social media influencer Stella Harasek’s concept, and in Anu Pentik’s hands, a product prototype was completed overnight. Unfortunately, the numbered owls were not enough for everyone who wanted one. We will take the lessons learned from this project to develop our operations,” says Pentik’s CEO Riikka Wulff.
Inspired by this morning, a possible new Pentik Owl is being planned
No more numbered white and dark gray owls will be available for sale. Because the demand for owls was high, we immediately began investigating whether we could bring a new owl species into production this morning. If this idea gains traction and proceeds to production, we want to offer those who missed out on owls today due to our online store's congestion the opportunity to pre-purchase the product. We will contact these individuals if a new owl becomes available.
