ELIGIBILITY FOR COMPETITIONS

Pentik employees or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the raffle.

PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

One can participate in the competition using the means and channels mentioned in connection with each competition. Pentik reserves the right to reject participation for reasons mentioned in the ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITY section or for other reasons.

COMPETITION PERIOD

One can participate in the competition within the period specified in connection with each individual competition.

COMPETITION PRIZES

Prizes are mentioned in connection with individual competitions. If a participant has provided incorrect or incomplete contact information, or if the prize notification or prize cannot be delivered to the winner for reasons other than those attributable to the Organizer, the Organizer is not obliged to deliver the prize. Prizes cannot be exchanged for money or other goods.

ORGANIZER'S RESPONSIBILITY

The Organizers are not responsible for any damage caused by the use of the prize. The Organizer's liability does not exceed the value or quantity of the prizes mentioned in these official rules. The campaign participant releases the Organizer and campaign partners from any damage caused or alleged to have been caused by participation in the campaign. Participation in the campaign that violates these rules or other instructions will be rejected. If the Organizer has reason to suspect a participant of fraud or other activity that violates the rules, the Organizer has the right to reject the participant's participation in the campaign or competition and to deny the prize. In case of rejection, the Organizer is not obliged to compensate for any costs incurred from participation or other costs. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or change the campaign due to problems beyond the Organizer's control. The Organizer reserves the right to change the rules. Facebook or Instagram (or any other third parties) are not involved in organizing the competition/campaign.

APPLICATION AND AMENDMENT OF RULES

The Organizer reserves the unilateral right to amend and apply the rules. However, this is done in such a way that the original spirit of the rules or the participant's responsibilities do not increase unfairly or inappropriately after participation.
