We at Pentik Oy ("Pentik") love seeing photos of our products in use on social media. Therefore, we may ask for your permission to use such photos of yours ("Photo(s)") in our own channels. Once we have permission, we can publish Photos on our website or in other channels, such as Pentik newsletters, Instagram, Facebook, stores, brochures, or other advertising.

By replying to our request attached to your Photo on Instagram with the comment #yespentik, you accept the following terms and conditions ("Terms"), which are linked in connection with our request:

You grant Pentik an unlimited license to use your Photos in Pentik's operations, including the right to copy, modify, and distribute the Photos without compensation or other obligations to you, even if you or other persons may be identifiable from the Photos. Pentik is not obliged to disclose your name or your permission to use the Photos when using them.

You warrant and represent to Pentik (including claims by third parties) that the Photos do not infringe the rights of third parties and that you have the necessary permissions and rights from third parties, such as other possible photographers of the Photos and persons appearing in the Photos. You also represent that you are a private individual and not a business operator and are at least 18 years old or have your parents' consent to accept these Terms.

These Terms are governed by Finnish law, and any disputes will be resolved in the Helsinki District Court.
