Voice of the Customer feedback program

The Voice of the Customer feedback program is currently out of use.

 

Excellent customer service is a matter close to our hearts here at Pentik. As a member of our Pentik Club, you can provide us with valuable feedback and development suggestions through the Voice of the Customer feedback program, helping us to further improve our service.

With the Voice of the Customer program, we collect feedback on the service received in our stores. For enrolled Pentik Club members, we send an email after each purchase made in the store, asking them to rate our performance on a scale of 1-5. Feedback can also be provided with verbal descriptions. Answering the survey takes approximately two minutes.

With the Voice of the Customer feedback, we have already conveyed thousands of wonderful successes to our employees and developed our operations so that we can serve you even better.

Among those who have provided feedback, we draw three gift cards worth 50 euros to a Pentik store every month.
