Minna Niskakangas's Lavender pattern celebrates the flowers of northern gardens that bloom at harvest time and their colors – alliums, chrysanthemums, cosmos, and lavenders. Minna Niskakangas aimed to maintain the same powerful atmosphere of an autumnal garden in her pattern. The soft, slightly mystical color palette of Lavender exudes the mood of darkening autumn in shades of lilac and burgundy, which beautifully blend into a milk chocolate brown background.
