2 metal eyelets (diameter 14 mm)
Cut one piece for the apron according to the pattern diagram. Add seam allowances to the measurements in the image: 10 cm to the top edge, 3 cm to the curves, 4 cm to the sides, and 8 cm to the hem. Cut two pieces for the straps, 10 cm wide and 100 cm long.
1. Sew the straps. Fold the strip in half lengthwise and iron. Fold and iron the pieces in half lengthwise again, then fold the edges one more time towards the center fold. This way, the open edges will be inside the strap, and the fabric will be four layers thick. Stitch the strip down by topstitching close to the edge. Fold 1 cm of fabric from one end of the strip inside the "tube" and topstitch it in place.
2. Iron a 5 + 5 cm hem to the top edge of the apron and iron a 5 cm high and top-width piece of interfacing inside the hem for the metal eyelets. Stitch the hem down from the bottom edge.
3. Turn narrow hems to the curves and stitch them down. Turn 2 + 2 cm hems to the straight sides of the apron and stitch them. Turn a 4 + 4 cm hem to the bottom and stitch it.
4. Attach the straps to the edge, following the line of the straight sides. Fold the unfinished end of the straps 2 cm twice and stitch it to the edge of the apron and the bottom edge of the fold.
5. Attach the metal eyelets 2 cm from the edge, symmetrically in the middle. Thread the straps through the metal eyelets and tie a knot in each strap at a suitable position.
