Saaga Plate Deep

The unique, lively glaze of Saaga tableware has been developed at our own ceramics factory in Posio. There, the Saaga reindeer patterns are also painted onto the dishes using a stencil technique. The Pentik Saaga series deep plate has a diameter of 24 cm and a capacity of 0.95 litres. The soup plate is machine washable and can be safely used in an electric oven, a baking oven, a microwave oven, and a freezer.

The iconic Saaga, designed by Minna Niskakangas, brings clarity and poetic peace to the home. It is a gem of Nordic design, where art and practicality meet in beautiful balance. Minna drew inspiration for Saaga's reindeer patterns from cave paintings. Just like their creators once did, we humans still want to express ourselves and adorn our homes with art. Today, this can be done with Saaga series dishes, textiles, and interior decoration products.
