The small but resilient lichen.
Lichen usually live in rough conditions like tree trunks and rocks. But they can also be picky and need clean air to grow. That´s why they flourish in Finnish nature. While designing the Jäkälä (Lichen) collection, Minna Niskakangas thought her childhood near forests. She painted an organic and ornamental print originally on plywood.
The cover of the notebook is decorated with graphic light brown Jäkälä pattern. With 256 pages, the notebook can hold plenty of plans, writings, to-do lists or drawings. Size of the notebook is 16x20 cm.
