Shipping and Payment

The Online Store is an online store owned by Pentik Oy. The items available from the Online Store are the products of the current selection. Registering with the Online Store allows you to enjoy the benefits of the Pentik’s loyalty program “Pentik Friends”. As a member of the loyalty program, you can subscribe to our newsletter containing information about Pentik products, the Online Store benefits, offers and new products.

Ordering and registering

You can order products from the Online Store even if you are not registered. Registering with the Online Store requires a functioning email address. The email address you use to create an account will later be used as the username in the Online Store. When you register with Pentik’s loyalty program “Pentik Friends”, please read the Pentik Friends rules. Customers placing an order in the Online Store shall be at least 18 years old.

When placing an order, you will need to provide the recipient's telephone number and email address. After placing your order in the Online Store, a confirmation of the order will be sent to your email. A notice of arrival can only be sent electronically, either by text message or email.

Delivery methods and prices

We deliver products to mainland Finland and to the EU countries listed below. Delivery times and prices vary by country. You can find the instructions for ordering products to countries not listed here below the table.

Free delivery to Finland (to a Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point) for Online Store orders over €50.00 is offered for the members of Pentik’s loyalty program “Pentik Friends”. There is a charge for deliveries to the home address. For other EU countries, free shipment for orders over 200 euros. Backorders are delivered free of charge.

The delivery times may extend by up to 5 working days during sales and campaigns. Backorders are delivered free of charge. In an exceptional situation in which an item cannot be delivered, we will notify the customer of the circumstances as soon as possible.

The maximum size of parcels delivered overseas is 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm and the maximum weight is 31.5 kg. 

Deliveries to mainland Finland 

Depending on the delivery option you have chosen, your order will be delivered to a Posti Parcel Point or a Matkahuolto pick-up point. You can also arrange for your order to be delivered to your home, in which case Posti will deliver the parcel to your doorstep. When placing an order, you will need to provide the recipient's telephone number and email address. A notice of arrival can only be sent electronically, either by text message or email.

Collection from Posti or from Posti Parcel Point, Postal Parcel
Your order will be delivered to the Posti pick-up point of your choice from which you can pick it up after receiving a notice of arrival. You will receive a notice of arrival by text message or email when the parcel is available for collection. To collect the shipment, you will need either the notice of arrival or the tracking code. Parcels are held at Posti outlets and pick-up points for 14 days after the notice of arrival, and at Posti Parcel Points for 7 days after the notice of arrival, after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland.

Collection from Matkahuolto pick-up-point, Matkahuolto Near Parcel
Your order will be delivered to the Matkahuolto pick-up-point of your choice from which you can pick it up after receiving a notice of arrival. You will receive a notice of arrival by text message or email when the parcel is available for collection. Parcels are held at the pick-up point for 14 days after the notice of arrival, after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland.

Home delivery, Posti Parcel To The Doorstep:
The recipient's telephone number is required when placing the order. Posti will call the recipient to agree on delivery to the address provided by the customer between 9 am and 9 pm. Home delivery is possible only to mainland Finland to addresses accessible by road.

Postage and packing to Finland
Delivery to a Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point €5.90 (Postal Parcel or Matkahuolto Near Parcel). Home delivery €9.90 (Parcel to the Doorstep). Free delivery to Finland (to a Posti or Matkahuolto pick-up point) for Online Store orders over €50.00 for the members of Pentik’s loyalty program “Pentik Friends” except for delivery to doorstep. Orders to Finland are delivered within 5 working days from the order. The delivery times may extend by up to 5-10 working days during sales and campaigns.

Deliveries to EU countries

The Parcel Connect service is available in the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Sweden, Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Estonia. The Parcel Connect network of Posti, DHL and Bring has more than 43,000 service points in Europe. Orders are delivered to a pick-up point or the recipient's home address. In Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania, parcels are mainly delivered to a pick-up point. In other countries orders are delivered to the recipient's home address. If the recipient is not at home, the parcel will be returned to DHL's service point.  Parcels are held for 14 days after an attempt to deliver or being made available for collection, after which any uncollected parcels will be returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland.

The GLS parcel service is available in the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom. Orders are delivered to the pick-up point (usually the nearest post office). The parcel will be held for 7 days, after which it will be returned to Pentik Logistics Centre in Posio, Finland.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU 

You can order Pentik products to countries that are not listed above through our Posio store. The items available for shipping abroad are those found in the Online Store. Please email your order to posio@pentik.com citing the product codes and names indicated in the Online Store product information. The Posio store will contact you to confirm your order. Once you have confirmed the order, the store will send you an invoice including the product price, shipping costs and an invoicing charge of €10.00. The shipping costs are determined by the product weight and the size of the shipment. For more information about ordering products to another country, please contact either our customer service at info@pentik.com or our Posio store directly.

Changing or cancelling your order

Please contact our customer service by telephone. Please notice that fabrics sold by the metre are tailor-made products and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Tracking your order

You can track your order online. The confirmation email includes a link to the tracking page. You can also find the link to the tracking page from My Orders in My Account on the Online Store. You can use the tracking code when picking up your parcel.

Methods of payment

The product price is the price displayed on the Online Store website at the time of ordering. All prices include VAT. Your order can be paid by credit card, invoice or online banking. Your payment is charged at the end of the ordering process. We do not store your credit card details. If the product price is reduced after the placement of the order, the difference of the prices shall not be refunded.

Payment service provider

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a payment service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement, and it will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution. Should you need to submit a complaint, please contact the product's supplier.

Online banking

Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an online payment service provider in collaboration with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For the customer, the service functions like a conventional online payment.

Collector Invoice /instalment service

Finnish customers can use the Collector Invoice/instalment service for payments of up to €5,000.00.

Collector Invoice offers you at least 30 days and up to 60 days interest free* time.  The payment due date is the last day of the following month. (*The interest for the credit period is 0%, an account management fee of €2.95 is added to the first invoice). Collector usually sends an invoice to a customer on the 15th of the month following the approval of the invoice.

You can pay the entire balance on the due date or in 1-36 monthly instalments. The instalment option starts automatically when you pay the minimum payment on your invoice. You can also choose to make larger payments or pay the entire balance at once.

The interest rate is 1.6% per month, which corresponds to 19.20% nominal annual interest rate. An account management fee of €2.95 is added to each month’s bill so that the actual annual interest rate for a €1,000.00 purchase is 21.3%.

If you choose the Collector Invoice/instalment service, you will receive the products before paying for them. Changes and returns can be made flexibly and safely.

The Collector Invoice/instalment service is available to those aged 20 and over with a good credit rating. We run a credit check at the time of submitting an order. Late payments and unpaid bills will be charged a reminder fee of €5.00 and a monthly interest of 1.6% for the duration of the delay.

Return policy

You have the right to return or exchange any products ordered from the Online Store within 14 days of the delivery. Please notice that fabrics sold by the metre are tailor-made products and cannot be exchanged or returned. Cosmetics and food products must be returned in their original packaging or in a sealed bag.

You will receive a pre-filled return form with your delivery. Fill in the return form and enclose it in the return shipment. If you return the complete order, we will refund the shipping costs to you. The returned products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Returns in Finland

You can return the parcel through Posti by attaching the return sticker onto the parcel. Parcels delivered by Matkahuolto can be returned to a Matkahuolto service point. Please quote the return code 9522243 when returning an item.

Returns from other countries

If you need to return a parcel delivered outside Finland, please contact our customer service team at info@pentik.com. In most cases the order can be returned by asking the courier service to collect the parcel from the customer's home address or by dropping it to the courier service's pick-up point. Our customer service team can advise you of the return method according to the country of delivery. 

The Parcel Connect service is available in the following countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Sweden, Germany, Slovakia, Czech Republic and Estonia. The parcel includes a return sticker, please attach this to the parcel. Customers  can return the parcels to the nearest DHL service point. Customers in the Baltic countries can organise the parcel to be picked up from their local terminal. Please contact our customer service team for more information about the collection.

Handling of returns and refunds

We handle returns as soon as we receive them. The payment is refunded through Paytrail after the receipt and handling of the returned items. If necessary, Paytrail contacts you by email about any questions concerning refunds.

Refund of a payments made by bank transfer
When you return an order that was paid for by bank transfer, Paytrail will contact you by email about your bank details. Please note: You must notify us if your email address has changed. Paytrail will refund the payment as soon as your bank details have been confirmed.

Refund of credit card payment
Paytrail will credit the credit card that was used for making the payment.

Collector Invoice/instalment service
Paytrail will deduct the sum of the refund from the invoice’s balance.

We refund all payments received, including postage and packing, without delay and no later than 14 days after the receipt of an approved return. Please retain the receipt of return issued by Posti or Matkahuolto until you have received the refund. We can track your parcel quickly with the code on the receipt.

Other terms and conditions

Discount codes

Discount codes are campaign-specific. To activate the discount, enter the code into the designated field when placing your order. The discount will be taken into consideration in the total amount of your order.
