It has come to our attention that the decoration on the Fairy bird children’s spoon, available in our stores between June and December 2008, may become detached if subjected to a high-temperature dishwasher cycle. If you have purchased these spoons, we ask you to return them to your nearest Pentik store, where a full refund will be issued to you.
