Lemon-fresh Napkins 

Add a fabulously fresh touch to your crayfish party table with these lemon-scented napkins. Start by rolling up your napkins neatly. Now, slice up lemons and place them in a shallow bowl with hot water, then leave the napkins to soak until cool. Pick up the napkins, squeezing off any excess water and place on a tray for your guests’ use.

The Crayfish Party

The crayfish party is a favourite early autumn tradition in Scandinavia.  Held throughout August, the parties bring together friends and family to enjoy crayfish, drinking songs and the balmy autumn evening. The Pentik crayfish dinner is served by the sea, with candles and accents of red creating a warm and cheerful  party atmosphere.

Elegant but simple, our crayfish party table features red tea light holders and red and white napkins with the classic white tableware adding a hint of luxury to this seaside scene.

Crayfish are traditionally served with warm toast, butter, dill and lemon. We suggest serving at least 6-12 crayfish for each guest. The menu can also include other dishes, such as soup to start, and with a delicious rich dessert to finish.
