Lingonberry parfait

2  eggs
1½ dl  sugar
2 dl  whipping cream
3 dl  crushed lingonberries (Vaccinium vitis-ideae)

Whip the eggs and sugar to a stiff froth. Add the whipped cream and fold in the crushed berries. Pour the mixture into a bowl and place in a freezer. It is easier to cut the lingonberry parfait if you move it from the freezer to a refrigerator some time before serving.
