Prawn and avocado salad

200g shelled prawns
2 avocados
2 tbsp lemon juice
5 tbsp olive oil
half a chili pepper
salt
pepper
half a baguette

Slice the avocados and carefully mix in the lemon juice. The juice will prevent the avocado from darkening. Flavour with salt and pepper. Cut the chili into small cubes. Mix the chopped chili and olive oil in with the avocados. Finally, add the prawns.

Cut thin slices from the baguette and put the pieces on a baking tray. Bake them in the oven until crisp for 10 minutes at 150 degrees celsius.
Serve the salad with crutons.
